Vital’s Approach to Project Delivery

We utilise the pre-construction phase to lay the foundations for our successful delivery, working collaboratively with our partners to develop build programmes which meet their funding, logistical and operational requirements. We then create an experienced, dedicated project delivery team, merging in-house expertise with a nationwide network of specialist subcontractors to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and to the highest quality standards.

There wasn’t a lot of space externally to the boiler house but Vital worked well within these constraints. The traffic management was superb, they managed the site well, minimising disruption on the live hospital site where plant such as cranes on site were planned and managed well without impacting on the hospital. There were a lot of challenges but they always informed us in advance of large items coming to site, they planned and programmed all works well.
