Technical Concept

No two energy projects are the same and are technical solutions are always bespoke to every project. Considerations such as location, heat loads and available funding will help shape the technical concept. Once these factors have been taken into consideration, we will explore the energy generation, distribution and consumption management systems that may suit your needs, recommending the best possible option. This initial design concept can then be developed through further RIBA phases as the project progresses.

Whilst some organisations specialise in concept development, our experience and large in-house team enables us to help you with every step of your project’s journey. This offers a seamless transition between concept, detailed design, legal considerations, preconstruction, project delivery, operation and maintenance. We can also act as the energy services company (ESCo), taking charge of the project and running it for the course of the contract, should this be the best option for you.
